When you log into your Trolley account, the system will send a confirmation code to your email address. Without this confirmation code you will not be able to log in.

If you attempt to log in to Trolley and you don't receive this confirmation email, it is because of a mismatch between the primary email used for your Storetasker account and the email used for your Trolley account. In order for you to receive the confirmation email, they need to be the same.

In order to avoid this occurring, please do not change the email address listed in your Trolley account.

If you have already changed the email address in your Trolley account and are unable to log in, please reach out to your support team who will be able to fix this issue.
